James P. Ball

Attorney James P. Ball is an experienced litigator with an emphasis on personal injury, family law, and civil litigation.
 
A graduate of Tufts University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law, Jim has successfully represented clients in contested matters in state and federal courts, and regularly represents clients in the New Hampshire courts.
 
Prior to joining Chisholm Persson & Ball PC, Jim worked for large law firms, primarily handling complex litigation for large, corporate clients. Jim brings that same high standard of legal excellence to his practice today.
 
Jim understands the personal impact that litigation has on his clients and he strives to resolve matters as efficiently and effectively as possible. With significant experience in mediation and alternative forms of dispute resolution, Jim strives to resolve disputes before they result in full-blown litigation. Where resolution by agreement is not possible, Jim is a skilled and effective courtroom advocate.
 
Jim assists clients with issues ranging from such matters as an uncontested divorce proceeding or a straightforward fiduciary accounting request, to the more complex matters such as a contentious business dispute, a highly contested divorce, or a high stakes personal injury case. In all matters, Jim brings experience and insight into handling issues efficiently and effectively for his clients.
