Chisholm Persson & Ball, P.C., a well-established Laconia law firm whose real estate practice has been consistently recognized by the Best of the Lakes Region awards, seeks an associate attorney to join its real estate, commercial transactions, commercial lending, and business law practice.

This is an opportunity for an attorney who is interested in sophisticated transactional work, meaningful client contact, direct mentorship, and a rewarding and sustainable long-term practice in the Lakes Region. Flexible work hours and remote work are available.

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of law firm experience, strong writing and communication skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and an interest in developing and maintaining client relationships. Experience in real estate and/or commercial transactions is required. Experience in commercial lending, title matters, mergers and acquisitions, business sales, succession planning, or related transactional work is desirable. Ties to the Lakes Region are strongly preferred.

The successful candidate will work directly with Attorney Michael J. Persson, with the potential to develop into a long-term succession role within an established Lakes Region practice.
